Letter from the Editor - August 2016

Jess picIn the midst of another busy summer, we have been reflecting on all of the impactful stories we’ve heard from students and employers. Whether it’s through talking with a student on a site visit, seeing pictures of students and their domestic coworkers taking part in a beach cleanup, or hearing about an employer going the extra mile to support students during times of transition from countries around the world, these stories leave a lasting impression on us all. With almost 20,000 students here, the stories cumulate and deeply inspire us even after the summer comes to an end. We’re proud of the work you do, and while we know summer is still very much in full swing, we wanted to take a moment to acknowledge all that you do as employers in creating learning experiences and memories for so many. We couldn’t do it without you!
Thanks for going above and beyond in supporting international exchange!
Sincerely,
Jessica Kissell
